request info on anteon culture?

anyone who knows or works for anteon, please give pro and cons working for them? This company is based in Fairfax, virginia so people in east coast would probable know more about them.

they just got bought by General Dynamic, I have a few friends working for them.

between overwork and on-the-bench, I prefer overwork!

What had prompted me to ask was because it said it is "employment-at-will". After reading/understanding the definition of it, it sounds there is no respect nor appreciation for working there. Employee can say that's it and walk away or boss can greet one saying "well, we don't need you anymore, you are free to go home and don't come back"!

Has anyone experienced or heard stories about "employment at will"? Please share!
