WTB: cheap motherboard + cpu combo in Socal

I'm need a used MB + cpu in southern california. Does not need to be fast (p4 1.6+) or equivalent amd processor. I've been waiting for Frys to have a sale, but I need one right now to complete a project.
Anybody got a computer you don't need and parting out?
