Acura TSX 04 Question

I just brought a acura tsx 04. I wonder if anyone in here have this car, and my question is... is this car save gas? I drive around and get 310 miles and have to fill up gas tank again. is this max mileage for this car?

No. this car DOES not save gas period

wow.. how big is your gas tank? i used to have a V6 Accord (manual) and was able to get about 26mpg. i thought TSX & Accord shared the same platform. TSX is a 4 cyc. i'd be real surprised if the TSX got worse milage than my accord.

well.. that was before. i just traded in for a S2000. i'll be lucky if i can get anywhere close to 22mpg.

How could you get a V6 Accord MANUAL? Not in the States, though. All V6 Accords come with AUTO.

Back to the OP: How many gallons did you fill up? is that City or highway driving? I know that TSX i-4 VTEC with 200 hp save quite a lot of gas.

If you filled 10 gallons of gas for 310 miles then you average 31 m/g which is very good. Keep in mind that Winter gas is not as good as summer gas. Gas companies seems to add some kind of addictives that decrease the milage a lot in the winter.
