Used DVD player as Christmas gift

My younger sister and her husband gave us (my wife and I) a used portable DVD player as Christmas gift. They packed everything in the original box and pretended that it was new.

They have been using it for almost a year now.
Is it consider rude to do so? I'm really mad but don't know how or what to tell her :(

Well, I told her over the phone that it was very tacky to do so.
She said 'sorry, please give it back to me.'

I just hope that she won't hold a grudge with me over this.

Chuyện regift thì nói làm gì as long as món quà đó còn nguyên, mới, chưa open box

Cho đồ xài rồi thì cứ việc cho nhưng nên nói với người nhận là đồ mình xài rồi và đừng pretend it as new gift

xài rồi thì không thể làm quà được như vậy có nghĩa là không tôn trọng người bạn cho quà, mùa giáng sinh có rất nhiều đồ bán rất rẻ, sao không mua đại quần áo gì đó chỉ có dưới $50, hay dưới $30 cũng có . Thà đừng đưa qua thì hơn, chứ đưa như vậy không ai vừa lòng hết
