My answer is no. All buttons on the keyless entry are for its own function. You cannot just add another function to a button unless you want to disable the original function first. However, there is still problem to do that. In conclusion, a remote starter comes with its own remote and you cannot just add that remote to your keyless entry.
I will be impressed if someone can do it for you.

of course no can do because your honda remote doesn't have 2 button for start and stop the engine so use the remote starter for everything "doors, alarm, starter, trunk and panic" if your stater have them and let the professional install

is not a do it yourself job, you've got like zillion wire to sort out and connect, go see a pros for car alarm he'll tell you everything you need to know and price, is not that expensive for medium range starter and of course he can program everything from your honda remote to starter-alarm remote so you only carry 1 remote, excepting for van with electric sliding doors because you need more buttons for that and remote starter don't have them yet I think.

If I can get a remote starter, I will install it by myself because I love to learn how to do things :).
For a professional installation, it would cost you $200-$300 to install a remote starter while the hardware itself only cost you about $50 :P
Pain in the ass. hahahahahhaa
