2008 Toyota Highlander

The NEW 2008 Highlander uses Toyota's new 3.5-liter V-6 found in the Camry and Lexus ES that puts out 270 horsepower and 249 lb-ft of torque, giving the 08 Highlander an extra 55 horsepower and 27 lb-ft over the outgoing model. A five-speed automatic is the only transmission available. The Highlander Hybrid's powertrain, a net 270-horsepower, 3.3-liter V-6 mated to an electronic CVT, is largely unchanged from the previous model.

Sure, because bigger is .......BETTER.
But it will waste more gas because the car is getting heavier!!!

When everyone is talking about global warming, and Toyota also talking about gas milage, but they just make cars bigger & bigger, just like GM & Ford.

Soon, they will have the same problem as GM & Ford

It's so funny when you see a little guy, gal try to climb up the huge SUV. Or they just swimming in the Camry. The driver is too small to see the road. :D

Toyota is way to smart not to make the same mistakes like GM and other US car makers.

Honda just came out the Honda Civic using Natural Gas Vehicle which are on sale in US now.

Bigger and stronger don't mean more gas consumption. Toyota vehicles are some what efficient. Look at their fuel consumption numbers. Not too bad, in fact it is the same, if not better than, the model it replaces with lot more horse powers, torques, and room.

Yes, that is my 4-Runner (Hilux Surf). It is not that clean anymore. Damn, midwest weather. It's snow and cold so the truck is not washed for a few months. it's freaking dirty now. At least, the Lexus is clean with FREE dealer car wash.
