For island hopping, check with Hawaìian Airlines. You can do it in 6 days. There are about 6 big islands in Hawaìi. Largest is Hawaìi, the most crowded and commercial is Oahu (the meaning in English is The gathering place). Check with your travel agents. They might have package tour to meet your need . I, myself have been to Hawaìi 10-12 times in the past, but have not been to other islands, beside Oahu, although, it would only cost me 25 bucks to go from island to island. Oahu has Honolulu (the capital of Hawaìi). On one trip to Oahu, I went to a different beach each day for 7 days, and I still could not get to all the beaches in Oahu. If you go, besure to stop at some Star Market (grocery stores) and buy some poke (local seafood salad). Do bring your camera, better yet, if you have a camcorder... Memory you bring back is priceless....
Bon voyage!!!

Yes you sure can. Buy tickets to Maui or Kauai, stay there for two days, just relax after exhausted wedding. Then buy inter-island air tickets to Honolulu. The first things is Polynesian Culture, rent a car, drive around the island, you will find some interesting beaches. Then, don't forget to go to Haunauma Bay for snorkeling. Then, at night there are lot of shows and restaurant surounding Waikiki beach and don't forget to go International Market to purchase souvenir gifts for families or for yourself ... Yeah, and don't forget your Camera.
For tour tickets you can look at Hotel bulletin sections, they have plenty and cheap too.

I don't think can go more than 2 islands in 6 days, unless you just bring a back pack only. Get in/out airport, check-in hotel, already take 1 day. Don't waste time in island hopping, unless you take a cruise. But if you take a cruise, you will miss a lot of scenery.
Air fare between islands is at least $50. The $25 fair is next to impossible to get, since their flight schedule is crazy and the seat is limited.
For honeymoon, I suggest go to Oahu. The price is cheaper than other islands. You're better rent a car to travel the whole island. Keep in mind that the island is pretty small. Just take time to relax.
Here is some places you can go in Oahu:
- Polynesian Cultural Center-the just add parking fee now. It's usually free :). You could order entertainment book (for Hawaii), it should have some coupons.
- Dole Plantation is nice.
- Best beach is Kailua.
- Hanauma bay is pretty boring now. There's only few fishes, you should go to Shark Cove (at North Shore), it's free and more fishes to see.
- Or you could go to Turtle Beach to see turtles.
- Don't know about North Shore during Oct. But watchout for the wave.
Or you could go to Maui, the next popular island in Hawaii. Here is some place you could go:
- Kapalua: best snorkel place.
- Haleakala: go for evening to see the sunset. The morning is crowded with many people and bicycles.
- Maui Plantation:
- Lahaina:
- Kaanapali.
The good place to stay with lower price is Kihei. Most of tourists are going to Kaanapali.
If you plan to have kid right away, then go to Kauai. That island is nice, but there's nothing to do except swash mosquitoes at night. :)
- Remember this, never leave anything in the car, they will break in....

1 more thing, NEVER leave anything that expensive in the car. If you plan go to beach with car, pack lightly, hide your valuable items (but not in the car).
Should try shave ice in Nort Shore (Matsumoto), or there's 1 at Waikiki (Waiola Shave Ice, 525 Kapahulu Avenue). You should try red bean or the 1 with xí muội :D
