I'm trying to install Microsoft Office 2000 in my Windows ME computer. However, upon completing the installation process, there were 2 error messages popping up. The first one said:
"Msohelp has caused an error in MSOHELP.EXE. Msohelp will now close.
If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer."
The second message carried the same wording, except for the file names "Msohtmed", and "MSOHTMED.EXE". I had to CLOSE both messages as they prompted.
Then when I tried using, say, Microsoft Word, then a message, with the same wording for "Winword" & "WINWORD.EXE", came up. I've restarted my PC so many times... but the problems persist.
What the h*** is going on? Could these problems be corrected? Please help me. Thank you very much in advance.
