don't panic and don't say that to yourself.
As a streamload FreeLoader, all you can do is downloading 50 MB max per week, 5MB each up to 10 times, 10 MB each up to 5 times. If your software(s) on the streamload is greater than 10 MB, nothing you can do except becomes a Streamloader, which is you have to pay for the services (and additional except if you know how to get around it, correct me if i'm wrong. I don't know how to get around it, any other viewer, if know, please show).
One way that I just know how to get away for the FreeLoader frustrated is the one, who sends out, have to split the bigger file into smaller one (< 10 MB) first.

nói chơi thôi, nếu muốn download thì mình check vào mấy cái box bên tay trái của files hay la` folders
rồi click download button ....then they will ask you where to save them in your hard drive

co the la vi ban try to dl file lon hon 10megs do.
free loader chi co the dl file less than 10 va 50 megs per week thoi.
thu dl 1 file less than 10 megs coi.

i got some software download from stream load. But I don't know how to open it this is a kind of .rar or something

here is what you should do.
Open a folder
then go to click on Tools, selection Options then click on view then uncheck the box hide extension for known file type, then cick ok
After that you will see the file you download are sothing.mp3. take out mp3 and put rar in. if you don't have winrar 3, install it. After you install it. click on one of the .rar file and extract it.

90% nhạc share trên streamload đều có format MP3, khi download xuống cũng là MP3. Nếu bạn chưa quen dùng streamload, hãy tìm vài bài có format MP3, thường khoảng (3 toi 5 MB), download xuống. Nếu vẫn còn problem, thì bạn post lên đây full name của file trên streamload, và full name sau khi download, chứ nếu "nó ra format là streamnote .aps gì đó " thì không ai biết gì mà giúp bạn được.
