cho hỏi là ở trong này có ai đang xài ISDN modem không vậy ? nếu có thì có thể giúp tui làm sao để xài không vậy, tui chỉ có một cái ISDN 128Kb TA Card thui,

ISDN is a dying technology. You will be hard press to find an ISP.

In anycase, it similar to regular modem dialup. It just has more channels and double the bandwidth.
