View Full Version : Nvidia Geforce Help

I would like to get some advice on what is a good company that produces video cards wit the Nvidiea Geforce chip in it. Cuz there seem to be alot and I know some bad ones but what are some good ones. Thanks ahead for the advice.

Company's name doesn't matter much.
Asus is usually expensive.
Just get the cheapest deal you can.
If you're still fretting about Names, well, get MSI. They're well known and not expensive.

The Chip type is the most important.
There are basically 2 main brands: NVidia and ATI.

All the companies (MSI, Asus, Abit, Leadtek, Visiontek, ...) just bought the chips and mount them on a board, plus they add some softwares or special adapters. That's all.

There's a whole bunch of level of strengths for each Chip brand , either NVidia or ATI.
If you still want info about all of this, I'm very familiar with it and I can give you details about all of these cards, what is the most powerful, what is the best in term of value etc.

Yea actually i would like a few hints on which I can get more bang for my buck. Thanks for the advice.

Either ATI and PNY video cards are good. If money isn't an issue, then i'd pick Geforce4 TI4600.
