How to restore old black and white picture ??

I have a few black and white pictures that have some scratches, pictures turned yellow, and I want to make it like new again. Which softwares do I need to use besides Photoshop, and how to do it ?

PHOTOSHOP is the best software to edit picture(s). there are some tutorials of how-to restore old picture from adobe website...I couldnt remember the exact location.....anyway, use the 'stamp' & 'healing brush' tool to fix your old picture(s).
