Software To Edit Bitmap Graphic

Hi các Anh Chị ...

Sorry if this is posted to the wrong forum ..
BR have to write some small reports in word ...
BR have to put some graphics in those reports.
The graphics are mostly captured from the net ...
those graphics have a lots of spots and speckles

BR looking for software that able to clean
some part & speckle of a bitmap graphic .

For example: To remove the letter P in the attached graphic ...

in windows2000 there is a tool (imaging) ..
Start>>program>>accessories>>imaging :
With that tool BR can cut away the letter P..
but it leaves a square black hole in there ...

BR want it (the black square) to have same color as its environment ...
But failed to fix that ... there must be a way to do that ..

Nếu hình thuộc loại .bmp thì mở Paint để edit (không cần software gì khác trong trường hợp đơn giản này)
BR click bên panel bên trái vô Eraser or Brush, rồi lau nó (chữ P) đi.
Trong trường hợp BR chọn Brush thì:
1) Left click on the COLORS menu (on the top)
2) Click on "EDIT COLOR ...."
3) Click on white box (lower right corner)
4) OK to exit out

Be careful when brushing it.
Recommend save a copy first.

Có cách nào để convert Bitmap format thành Vector format được không ?
Sửa và thay đối trong vector-format file thì dễ hơn nhiều ..
Mình có thể select n object rồi cut , move or change rất dễ dàng ...
BR có CorelDraw ... nhưng CD covert hổng được perfect mấy ...

Nếu Anh Chị nào biết software nào ... Xin chỉ dùm BR ...

Dùng PaintBrush cũng hay lắm ...

** Trường hợp 1: Objects are isolated ... trong thí dụ của BR ..
Như anh đã chỉ BR đó mình có thể dùng Paint để xoá chữ P ...

**Trường hợp 2: object crossed with others:
thí dụ có 2 curves cross eachother .. Ereasing this curve will
also erease the other at the crossing ...

Nhưng mà ...thí dụ BR có một Graphic in Vector-Format ..
thì BR có thể dùng Coredraw to modify anything in the graphic ...

If the graphic is Vector-fomat then :
**Trường hợp 1:
BR có thể click on letter P ( P is selected) and press delete ...then P is gone.
**Trường hợp 2:
juct click on one curve .. and delete .. the other curve still intact ..

If so, then, Microsoft Visio (2002 - newest) would do it.
It's really powerful, it would do such a thing like that.
However, to convert from the image to that, I don't know how and I don't think there is any way to break it up.
And again, however, you can copy it to Visio and from there, you can manipulate it.
