Great Amateur Color Film - Rated 4
I've used this film on a few occasions under different lighting situations and I suggest everyone who's into photography from the level of beginner to professional to use this film. My prefered method of using this film is a combonation of exsisting light and strobe...including on camera flash! It's a great price and provided you process using a professional laboratory, the results will be extremely pleasing!
Kodak vs. Fuji Film - Rated 5
As I have read the previous comments about the superiority of Fugi film to Kodak (and I agree in part), however, it should be pointed out that the reason Fugi film worked so well on the Long Island sound photo shoot is because Fugi film lends itself more to the greens and blues in the color spectrum while the Kodak films lend themselves more to the warm yellows, oranges and deep reds of sunsets and Vermont landscapes in the fall. Fugi film is exceptional but its quility is limited just as is Kodak.
One word - WOW! - Rated 5
On an outing to the park with my nieces, I shot 5 rolls of film. I used several different film types: Kodak Gold 200, Fuji Superia X-tra 400, Fuji Superia X-tra 800, and Fuji color slide film. By far, the best pictures were from the Fuji 400 speed film. BAM!! The colors just jump out and grab you. Great skin tones. The grains on this film are superb when enlarged to 8x10. I am looking forward to trying Fuji's 100 and 200 speed films.

film is not dead! Not even dying, for that matter. Granted, digital cameras are exciting and news-worthy, but film-based cameras are still easier to use and much more affordable. On top of that, films are finer grained and sharper than ever; prints from film are cheaper and longer lasting than their digital counterparts; and film-based cameras are still outselling digital nearly five to one. About the only thing you can truthfully say about film-based products at this point is that they're facing the stiffest competition they've ever encountered from digital cameras, printers, and imaging systems. But we don't think film is going to fade away the way LPs did after CDs hit the music scene. There's a big fight brewing between film and digital, and the participants have already entered the ring. We'd like to referee the battle as it stands today and give you an honest, ringside look at what contending products on both sides have to offer serious photographers. First, let's cut through some of the hype, and then take a closer look at the battles taking place among SLRs, ZLRs, and point-and-shoot cameras. Then you can place bets on who the winners will be.
Just remember higher ISO means more noise or the grains when enlarge picture, lower ISO means smoothness, finess picture ;) for quality of 35mm film I'd usually go for the cheapest I can get but when it come to developping is another story, the quality it's vary from one place to another, ask around for the best place for developping your photo. ;)

try snapfish.com , free 60pix (/w 10 referral....just create some dump one) then you will get a total of 60 pic digital processing... just pay about shipping cost and it's kodak quality.
