Does it have something to do with soft & hard_wares??

U can use MC68HC11 ( product of Motorola ) and an 8-segment LED ( Light Emitted Diode, use LED as an output device )

Then design (or draw) a clock (binary digital clock with 1 and 0) with a period of 1 minute.
