for the lowest possible price ... please provide links (with coupons if possible)

Thanks in advance :)

PS: I do not own any Cannon (I own Nikon D100 :)). I'm looking a good deal for my cousin. He wants that G3.
Anyway, does G3 come with a built-in lens? if yes, what range? (35-80?)
Can we replace it with some W-lens or T-lens? B/c it looks to me that the G3 is good for some close-up or portrait shots. What about some zoom-up shots (let say, 200-400mm) of lake & mountain?
These questions might go to the current G2 owners :)

Check www.pricegrabber.com for the lowest price on digital cameras.
Also, http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/specs/Canon/ is a reliable source for your Canon research.

Milou,
thanks for posting the links.

Tammy and other G2 owners:
1) Can we replace its lens with some W-lens or T-lens? B/c it looks to me that the G2 is good for some close-up or portrait shots. What about some zoom-up shots (let say, 200-400mm) of lake & mountain?
2) What's the difference bt a black and silver G2? b/c the black one is around $600 and the silver is $400!

I will try to convince my cousin to get the G2 (almost half price compared to G3), any comment on this?

1) yes, they have some optional features such as the Conversion Lens Adapter LA-DC58 , and WC-DC58 for wide converter and tele converter TC-DC58

The tele converter TC-DC58 if you by it has a 58mm diamerter and cand changes the focal length of a factor of 1.5x
The wide convertor changes the lenghte of camera's body about .8x

not sure what all this means because I have not bought any of these accessorized lenses, have no need to use them yet, may be Tigerblue knows, he has a G2, too.
2) I already answered you in the online trusted post right !
