Number one enemy in general can be OURSELF and TIME.

TIME: Can't pass forward or backward. It is just slowly moving and softly killing us.

OURSELF: Always want to have better thing in life. Feel low or disappointed when deal with unsuccessful things. Sometimes killing ourself for some stupid thing.

Anyway, just an opinion.
