Nails (hand & rose pic)

I'm looking for some picture of a hand holding a rose like the picture below. I'm trying to design a coupon for my uncle nails shop. If anyone know where i can find a pretty picture like this please let me know...Thanks...

here is the flower that i exported from adobe illustrator 10 . i think you can use your picture above and re-draw the hand, by use pen tool in illustrator to make it bigger, then do some graphics with the flower and hand .
install illustrator and open flower in the sample files .
