New Rollover Ratings for SUVS, Cars

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration released new rollover ratings Tuesday for 14 2003 sport utility vehicles and four cars. The vehicles are given a star rating based on their propensity to roll over, with one star the lowest and five stars the highest.
