a 330ci <older model> can b had for under 30 and have a more performance engine...
maybe buying a used is ur best bet..
my friend just bought a 00 328i with full options for 21k ish

the prices around here are lower than that...

what years is the car anyway and we need some information about it. if you buying a new one then I think 37K is ok price, but tried to negociated with the to get it down to about 34K drive-out is good price.
