Hi All,
Ca'c ban co' biet ca'ch tap the^? du.c na`o cho bu.ng de.p tha(?ng nhanh khong?
Toi da~ tap sit-up moi nga`y 50 cai' nhu*ng va^~n khong co' ket qua?.
Nhu*ng ca'c qua?ng cao' noi rang tap the duc trong vo`ng 1 tha'ng la` duoc bu.ng nho? tha(?ng dep.

how about cruches, i think it works out better than situp, i can do roughly 60 plus sit up but i'm still fat like hell hehe, it's just the matter of dieting, not much of how much u can do, i think cruches works better, try to do 3 sets of 15 (each set is 15) after u wake up in the morning, then another before u go to bed at night, see how that works out. it's kindda hard for people to give u estimate of how much u have to do, it really depends on u, trial and error and u'll find what's the best setting for u.

what is cruches warlock?

there are some simple pelvic/abdominal exercises around, but I agree with warlock, dieting is a good start, then it's how well you persist and persevere too..

I'll try to remember the link to those pelvic excercise and post up for you

Hi all,

Lie straigh on the floor. Put a few books or some type of weight on your belly area - not too heavy.
Inhale and exhale deeply for 20 mins each day.
