if that is the case then there are some shampoo on the market especialise in dandruff treatment.. A compound called selenium, found in several shampoo products, is highly effective in controlling dandruff. The shampoo should be left on at least five minutes before being thoroughly rinsed. The hair and scalp should be shampooed with this type of shampoo at least once a week... apparently, Head and Shoulder is very effective and mild on ur scalp which can be used daily.

but more importantly, when shampooing your hair, DO NOT use your nails to lather in the shampoo like what most VN salon people do.. This should be done by thoroughly, but gently, massaging the scalp so dead skin cells are removed and it is recommended that you should shampoo on a daily basis.

* The following factors may make the flaking of dandruff worse:
- Excessive use of hairsprays and gels.
- Improper use of hair-coloring products or excessive use of electric hair curlers
- Cold weather and dry indoor heating.
- Tight fitting hats and scarves.
- Infrequent shampooing of the hair or inadequate rinsing.
- Stress, anxiety and tension.

very easy, ma` hong biet mi' ong co' chi.u la`m hay khong thui ah.
Do a deep conditioning on your scalp. Put on conditioner and leave it on for 10-20 minutes cover with plastic....then rinse it good.
It should take away the flake for weeks.
