Please help me choose which of the following:
1. Honda Accord 2000, 2 doors, coupe, V6, leather, silver, about 30000 miles
2. Toyota Corolla 2004 Type S, 4 dr sedan, about 700 miles on odometer, cloth seat.
Both have salvaged tittles, cost about the same less than $6000.
Which one? Please explain your choice.
Thanks a great deal.

Stay away from salvaged vehicles. If you get one, you will be regret later. Trust me.

Dude, if you go w/ Corolla, y not buy a brand new one. Type S is awesome, man! I have a base Corolla CE type 2003, which is really good so far. The S has a great body kit. She looks sexier with smooth ass. Do not go for used car man....My family has a 2000 Accord too. It is a 4 dr sedan. It is good tooo, but I prefer my Corolla babe.

For those of you who are scared of salvaged, I have driven salvaged tittle cars for the last ten years. This body work is done by a family member body work mechanic. We certainly pick and choose based on the extent of the damage. I agree with you that there are salvaged cars that you never want to drive because of the extensive damage and repair in them.
But it sounds like the Corolla offers a better bargain since it is newer and and it has sportiness with it. Plus it is low on mileage. The drawback is that I don't like sedan.
Thanks for all your inputs. Until I become rich I won't put in $20000 for a brand new Corolla. I can get this one for $5600. A new car will depreciate quickly. To me cars are just transportation, very little status symbol.
Thanks again. Anyone else has comment, please feel free.

You have got to be kidding me. Corolla Type S is GAY!!! That aint no body kit. That is just add in trims. 6000 dollars for salvage? 2000 maybe...6000 for it. Too much.

$6000 for an already repaired Corrola S with 700 miles or you gotta fix it yourself? If it's already fixed, I think you got hell of a good deal for a $16000 worth car. Did you know what was the damage?

The $5600 is the final price I paid for the car after all the fixing, body work, painting and detailing. A person in the immediate family won the bidding at the dealer-only auction which requires a license. (You can't get one without a body work shop). He can easily sell this for $8000 - 9000. This is obviously a hell of a deal. The damage is on the front. I am not sure of the extent of the damage. But my brother who worked on this car assures me that I should take it. Several times in the past he did not let me get other salvaged cars because he think they are not structurally good enough. I mean I can pay less than $6000 for a 2004 car. I don't think it is better than this.
I love the Honda Accord V6 but I think I would go for the Corolla S. It is 4 yrs newer.

What is wrong with it?? I don't mind to drive a cheap ass car as long it takes me from point A to point B. NO need to be fancy.. as your signature displayed.. You are not sleeping and eating in your car. Anyways, that is a good deal for a salvage car.. Also, there is nothing wrong with salvage car as long the engine is still in great condition. :-) :cigar:

OMG!!! Of course there wouldn't be anything wrong with the engine because the car is still new. DUH!!!!! :bell: But what really matter is the parts. For example, the electronic will be a problem in the long run. The parts are not OEM parts. It will give you a headache to fix it month after month.
I used to drive a salvage car...it was a IS300 2001. I bought it for 10000 and the amount i put in it is almost as same as i bought the new car. So my suggestion is STAY AWAY FROM SALVAGE TITLE CARS!

How do you define a gay car? Only gay people say car is gay. What is wrong with the Corolla S Type? With that much money, there is no way you can have a better deal than that? I guess you are jealous of this new Corolla. That's all....or you neither don't know shit about cars, you hoebag!??!!....
