TD không biết nhưng nghe người ta nói mí đứa con nhà giào ở bên Việt Nam cũng chơi xe phăng. Nhiều lắm toàn là thứ xịn. Lexus, Bimmer, Benz but only export model From Japan, and Germanỵ Và lúc phăng thì chơi toàn là đồ xịn chỉ có cái exhaust mà tới hai mưới mấy nghìn đồi. Không biết có thiệt không bà con có info cho TD và mọi người coi với.

nah, miles, hehe, i've seen people do that, and personally been in a car where my friends was doing 90+ driving from SD to OC. kkee, u got to look for cops when u do that though. on the high way around here 65 is the limit, but people like to take liberty in their own hand and tack on another 10 miles as limit, u end up with 75, at which most will go at 80, and then there are some crazy people that just wanna take it up a knotch. Personally i dislike those that do this, hell if they hit something it's pretty much over for them. 60mph is around 100 kph

I have tried once up to 120 MPH on my Suzuki GSX-R and it was one of the stupid things I've done. DON'T DO THAT. Over here, the speed limit is 75 mph and you can around 80 or under. Cops here are very b*tchy, not like in CA or TX.

I've done it couple times at 140 mph.. Once on a Corvette and the other time on Supra turbo both around 2 or 3 in the morning and only for about 3-5 minutes. It is awsome but not recommended if you guys don't have the right tires tread count.

Well, i have done max speed on my car after some mods i put on. max speed was 163.5mph. I was driving from Palm spring to OC and on the 60 fwy, it's dark and no cars at around 10pm...i dont recommend you do it, but if you do it once or twice, you will feel your blood rushing and your heart bumping...i think i'm addicted to racing.

2002 RSX odormeter shows 160 mph as the max, how did you know you were going at 163.5 mph? or you were talking in km/h? .. Very much all newer cars nowsaday have a speed limiter that cuts off the power around 120 mph.

Driving more than 90 mph is kind of dangerous, since you can't react to something that might happen on the road :)

2002 RSX odormeter shows 160 mph as the max, how did you know you were going at 163.5 mph? or you were talking in km/h? .. Very much all newer cars nowsaday have a speed limiter that cuts off the power around 120 mph.
I have odometers and gauges that show me what is my speed and what is my rpm on my car. So although it says 160 max, but the gauges actually said 163.5 @ approximately 6900 rpm

dam you're right! if only there's some law to make those who cause road rage to be a crime too. ie: going 40mph on the freeway (except for certain hazard conditions), cutting people off who are going faster than them, do not obey 'slower traffic keep right' signs when they are obviously want to go slower than the car behind them, changing lanes w/o signaling, and sometimes ricemobiles also piss me off too. dam...i got some serious issues. these are my usual cause for road rage. 160mph is just way over my limit though.

you're right... once in a while is alright... too much will take the fun out of it.
my excuse for speeding is my car needs exercising once in a while... regular driving is just not the same.

Sometime in a race, the result also depend on the driver. You might have the fastest car, but if your spins or you don't shift at the right moment, you will lose the race.

he was talking about the top speed. turbo or non-turbo doesn't matter here. His RSX-S got a 6 speed tranny. If the wheels are oversized, top speed will be much higher. I dun't think he changed the gear ratio in his car.

%100 agree, TrickyS you need to set your idle speed, top speed doesn't mean anything, what matter is your car can handle on that speed, acceleration time like from 0-60 mph or 0-100 mph, quarter-mile time, how many G when you brake or corner, then last torque and horsepower, and RSX is front wheel drive, no way this car beat the Supra..........

Homer you're right. I got 225-40-18 in the front with 7.5 wheels and 235-45-18 in the back. The tranny is STOCK.!!! I changed gear @ 7400 rpm. The Supra isn't stock because he only has a sri and exhaust. ComChimSe...not just the turbo race kit only. I got GReedy exhaust, hondata reflash 4, ungraded fuel system (too long for signature), DC sport, CAI, and just intalled comp. chip in 2 weeks ago. I dont know what is the hp on my car now because i didn't dynoed it, but hopefully it gets up to 300 by now.

i'm sure with any stock cars, if you do > 100mph, you gotta worry about shit happening after the run...
so.... 100mph seems like a bit too much for any car....especially if you car isn't modded like TriCkyS

actually at around 90 to 100 u'll hit ur camry's limit, there shouldn't be any problem though, camry is not a weak car, it should be able to handle it. as long as its not an old car.

Nothing wrong with driving a camry @100 miler per hour. I tried my camry @120 mile per hour but the car handle like crab when it compares with my brother and my friends Acura Legend.

well, sure... it won't give you problem immediately right after pushing its limit... but think a bit farther... stress on the belts, the oil, the engine... it'll add up... understand that the car isn't designed to handle constant usage under that kinda of speed...i guess you can do it, with extra care/maintainance.

but Camry's max is 140mph....and i only go up to 100mph once in a while for only 20mins....i mean am not an ass to go that fast in the morning where there's other cars around.......i did it at nite on interstate....not freeway.....so i guest there's no harm done to anybody except the people in my car.... oh one more quest it's normal for a car reach somewhere around 80 to 90mph to shake right? cuz after i got up to like 90 the stearling wheel start to shake....

I did 90-110mph for about 30 min (on and off) on the way home from Las Vegas in a Dodge Intrepid (good handling). It's a rental car, duh.... :)

if the car is new and it shake when doing 90 you probably need an alignment, or balance.

the camry older version tends to shake when it hits 95mph. It because of the steering problem that they once called all camry back and it's because of the balancing of the wheels.
