how to use LCD screen from Nikon D100

i recently got this Nikon D100, i tried to find the option that can use LCD screen to take picture instead of using viewfinder but i could NOT figure out. If someone has this Nikon, please share your answer. thanks

note: i ONLY know to use LCD screen to preview pictures but NOT to take pictures.

The SLR nature means you can't view the image on the LCD before you take the picture as you can on non SLR digital cameras
Unlike earlier Nikon products, it's not possible to use the screen on the D100 as an alternate viewfinder, restricting its use in tight situations, but the results through the "traditional" viewfinder are perfectly adequate....

Professonal đâu cần view images ở LCD trước khi take pictures đâu J/K .. Xài D100 là Pro rồi :D

got it, that's what i wonder. Nikon D100 is kind of between Amateur & Professional. i was asking to make sure this feature restricted cause i couldn't find it from its menu.

Hi boo .. Bên mình mấy tuần nay lạnh quá , vừa lạnh lại vừa gió nên không thể đi đâu chụp hình được cả .. máy hình thì chỉ chụp có vài tấm tuyết , mai mốt trời ấm lại rồi mới có dịp đi chụp thử cảnh bên ngoài ..
Đang chờ xem cái wide angle len của boo , mình khoái cái len 17 - 35 mm của Nikon nhưng cũng chưa cần lắm ..vì nó bán quá mắc..
Thêm 1 tấm hình tuyết :)
