Without Flush Machine - Add one bottle of LUBEGARD Automatic Transmission Flush to transmission fluid. With car on lift (wheels above ground) start engine, circulate for 5 minutes cycling LUBEGARD ATF through all gears. Drain completely. Refill with ATF. After the flush is completed add the appropriate LUBEGARD ATF Product so i have to drain the old fluid first right?s and then add a bottle of ATF with the Lubgard? and let the engine run for 5 minutes? ez enough.....

no, you add one bottle into the current transmission oil tank and run for 5 min, then flush them all together before adding new fluid.
and don't do it if your car is not an automatic transmission (i.e. stick shift)

It's in the engine, we just don't have tool (a pump) to force it all out. So you should let it dripping for awhile.
A good read on the procedure of changing the transmission oil:

P.S. I'm not a mechanic, I just do it myself to save $$$. :D

It should be ok, but if you afraid, change the ATF one more time about 1 week later. It's cheap, :)
