I need urs opinions on this...my car was stolen from my technical school's property (the insurance company won't pay for it)...there were numerous complaints from other students over the past (some radios were stolen), but the school fell to make any safety changes...what are my chances if any; if I decide to sued my school...???

did you report to the police yet, if you have just liability on insurance than chances that they not going to do anything, did you complain to the school administrations about security, you should, like my school, people got stole a lot then they complain, so what they do, is hiring a full time security, and going around the school perimeter all the time, that problem is solve,

The insurance pays only if your car has full or comphrehensive lost & damage coverage.

Submit a suggestion to school's admin. Inform the loss to school's police and stop daydream any thing back from them. They cannot do anything.
The important thing is reporting to the local police and you insurance.
If you have insurance for that car then you should get paid, if not, I don't know.
Prepare to buy or lease another car while your local police working on it.
Give them a couple months to find out where you vehicle is, it could take years.
Final word, contact you insurance and local police.
