anyone know how to take picture at night with no noise?

noise hay kho^ng noise ddo' la` tuy` theo ca'i ISO mi`nh set, vi' du. nhu+ ba.n muo^'n chu.p ban dde^m (nhu+ tui chu.p ba(`ng DSLR) thi` du`ng ca'i ISO tu+` 100 (Drebel) 200 (Nikon) dde^'n 800 la` max, trong khoa?ng setting na`y, kha? na(ng bi. noise ra^'t i't, co`n chu.p ISO cao ho+n .. se? bi. noise nhu+ng ma` software (nikon capture, Photoshop plugin) se? take care du`m cho ba.n, cho ne^n ddu+`ng so+. bi. noise (trong tru+o+`ng ho+.p cua? bu` ca.p, cuz I've been using nikon software most of the time to take care of this problem .... like I keep saying to others .. go to dpreview, nikonian or nikon itself to find out more info about this technique.
That's all I know, beside, my knowlege is very limited so I just try to share with my best ...
