Keyboard problem - can't type with it

Hi. Someone slammed on the keyboard and now I can't type with it. Every time I want to type something, I have to keep on pressing the key for a few seconds before a letter appears. It probably takes me 10 minutes to type one word.. I am not sure how to fix it. I tried checking to see if the cords are loosen, and even tried hooking a different keyboard onto the computer, but it doesn't work. It will just do the same thing. Please help! Thanks.

Buy a new keyboard .. :D :D ...J/K ..
It doesn't make any sense at all .... Try to hook another keyboard, it still doesn't work ? ... Did you try to reboot system after hook that new keyboard?

lol @ sbinh man have you turn off your pc hahah but for real try another keyboard if not work then keyboard port might be broken then only way to get it working is to get a usb keyboard :D gl
