19.4k is a very good price. You may knock it down a couple hundred bucks if you want to buy it in the last week of September. It is the end of the month, and the end of third quarter. Remember, Car Dealer is "Number Driven" meaning they have to meet some pre-set number in order to get a big fat bonus/incentive check from the manufacture. With this in mind, they may take a couple hundred dollars lost on a sale to gain their number.

Try to buy on the last days of the month and last days of the quarter.
