Use any bathroom cleaner (CLR, Kaboom, etc.) Use DISTILLED water (mix with Windex) to prevent it from happening again.

Get the "water spot cleaner" from almost any store. Works best for me

After you get it cleaned, thoroughly wax the windshield, then apply rain-x (good stuff)
