would you trade a TL , 04 with rear spoiler, nav., 2800 miles for a BWM 02 with 30000 miles full packages ? both cars run pretty good to me and i like both too :)

Can you guys give me the infor about bad and good of those two ?? i know nothing about cars ..:(

M3 is rock but with 30K mile, I stay with the TL, no question.
The good things about the M3 are
1) Brand-name BMW
2) Stronger (I believe it has 300+ HP)
3) Very good acceleration due to low-end torques.
Bad things
1) High maintainance
2) Low gas efficiency

If I am rich (meanning no worry about money whatsoever), I would definitely take the M3 over the TL.
I just said between the Acura TL and BMW M3 only. Not mention other cars does NOT mean they are not compatiable.

if you have the money to go w/ TL then you can take M3...people will look at you differently because it's an M3...

It's 2 different vehicles here. One is Sport Sedan and one is Sport Coupe. M3 will outrun TL, with its 333 HP and 262 ft-lbs of Torque, it can do 0-60 under 5 sec while you TL with 270 HP and 238 ft-bls of torque can do 0-60 in about 6 sec. M3 is rough ride where the TL is comfy and smooth. If you have kids/family then keep the TL but if you are single and can afford the insurance then steal that M3.

The retail price of the used 2002 M3 is a lot higher than your 04 TL, it might be even higher than the NEW 05 TL.

Who is going to trade you an 02 M3 for an 04 TL? They are probably out of their mind UNLESS there are something wrong with the M3 (flooded, salvage, theft....)
