hi guys.. i was about to buy the car from my friend but he lost his title .... and i'm wondering if he can get it back ??? and how much will it cost?? and u guys know where should he go to ????

Go to any public notary and tell them, cost around $46 and take about 2 weeks for them to send you a new tittle ...

Go to your state (TX) DMV or RMV website, download the form "Application for Duplicate of Title", fill it out and send. FYI, It costs $25 in my state.

well, since u didn't have your license yet, therefore U can not purchase a car. So, your only choice is asking your parents to buy it for eventhough U pay for it.
