Civic 99 EX exhaust

Hi guys.
I have a question on Civic 99 EX exhaust . Is that a big different performance between the whole system exhaust and a single muffler ? I want to upgrade the exhaust system but it costs about $400 to buy a new one . But for the single muffler its only about $25 .
Please give me an advice .

Of course it's completely different think about it one is cost $400 'n the other is only 25 bucks. Get the RS*R exhaust system if you dont want to get pulled over by cops :D.
