What time is it?

Two friends are talking on the phone. One is in an east-coast state, and the other is in a west-coast state.

The first friend asks what is the time where the second friend lives. The second friend answers. Upon hearing the answer, the first friend exclaims, "Wow, it's the same time here."

What's the time?

It's "Night Time"--- If it's 11 p.m on East coast, it could still be considered night time on the West Coast. :D :D
