Ú ù chị TV hoặc ACE nào đó ơi, :kissing::kissing::kissing: xin hỏi uống hot chocolate có hại gì cho sức khỏe khg hả . SG ngoài nước chanh & nước cam ra cũng thích hc (viết tắt :D ) lắm . :newwink::newwink:Tại thấy nó ngon và ngọt vừa phải :newwink: SG định mua mấy gói về để pha uống, nhưng khg biết nó có hại hay lợi cho sức khỏe khg ???? :flower::flower::flower:

I don't see anything bad or harmful with drinking 1 hot cup of cocoa/chocolate a week sg.. even 3-4 times a day is not health threatening.. but if you are worrying about things like weight, cholesterol, sugar intake.. then I suggest you have ur hot cocoa with as little sugar as possible.. cocoa alone is low in cholesterol but the high calories come from sugar.. and opt for dark chocolate rather than white or milk chocolate.


personally, I'm a chocoholic and addicted coffee drinker myself and I can't see myself go by 1 week without chocolate.. researchers have shown that there are several bioactive compounds in chocolate that theoretically can contribute to feelings of well-being. It's quite normal that when we are more stressed we crave for chocolate more than usual.. that is probably why I'm a chocoholic hey? :D
