:mad: National Cellular Owner Assc. Anyone in here know anything about them?? I lost my phone on the way running to the bus, i call the police and file a report, send my report along with my insurance and proof of purchase, they reject my claim. I called them, first, an American woman answer my call, then I told her that I my claim was rejected because its not a valid reason, "theft from any premises or vehicles when not reasonable secure," i told her that how should i know that. The website doesn't have term and condition, and when i purchase the phone with the insurance, they did not send me any Term and Condition as well. Then she walk away and a put a Russian to deal with me. he told me he'll call me back because he have to investigate to see if my phone is being use and hang up on me. This company website looks horrible, www.joinncoa.net Any tips to deal with these people, the company looks like a scam to me. :mad: :mad:
