I am sorry if I post this in the wrong forum but a friend of mine just showed me something that is so horrible happened to this 16 months old girl in VN. I thought that maybe if I post this link in here I would find that there are people willing to help this poor little girl out. Please excuse me if I post this in a wrong place.
