Any1 ever take any diet pill? I saw the commercial on many tv networks, cnn, fox, nbc... advertising difference brand like propolene, cortoslim, etc. any negative effects when taking those. I been lifting weight lately, and I have little fat on the belly. I been doing crunches and sit ups couple hundreds a day for a couple months but i barely loose any fat. summer is coming and i want to be topless without that belly. Anyway, I just want to ask if its safe taking those diet pills, those are not FDA approve yet, so i'm still need some info about them. thanks. i'm 5'7" and weight about 160lbs, size 30 waist.
