LIke network 850mhz, 900mhz, 1800mhz , 1900 mhz??

just make it simple, network is the link or links between at least two points.

band is the designated frequency for the device to work properly in a network.

In conversation, you can use whichever term you prefer provided that your listener understands what you are talking about. Here i just want to point out the correct use of terminology ;)
