Does anybody in real estate investment? has the market cool off lately?

From my point of view, this type of market was really, really hot in the last couple of years, now, I think it's still hot since construction and consumer index are still high, but, I also think it starts cooling down now. In the area where "house" is so hot and its price was/is ridiculously high, the term of "house bubbleling" is more frequently used.
