Help with car problem - ES300

I have a ES300....lately the light "check engine" and "trac off" keep turning on and then off both at the same time. I don't know what wrong with it, can anyone help me with this? I don't want to take to the dealer yet since they'll "cut-throat" just to give you an answer. Thanks.

Maybe its the time to do the maintainance :)
You can try to do a "bargain" with the dealer to have them give you a free diagnostic. I did that in the dealer near my place one :D. The key is just blame everything that you shouldnt get but it appear on your car and scare them a little bit about posting online feedback about that dealer.

Diconnect the batterY for 5 to 30 minutes to reset the ECU :) :)

Phalanx: not sure what you meant by blame thingy? :D You wanna help me take it to the dealer for me :D

Cis: I will try when those darn lights turn on again because right now it is off.
