Got the letter from Honda for warranty extension 8 years or 80,000 miles, whichever occurs first on EGR valve. Unfortunately my van is passed that extension, it is 94,000 miles. Check with car dealers they want $400 for the service.
After searching online for awhile, found a PDF file from Honda Service Bulletin. It says:

In some 1999-03 Odyssey and 2003 Pilots, the EGR system may become contaminated or clogged. If this happens, the vehicle may hesitate or sourge during light acceleration, and the MIL (malfunction indicator lamp) may come on with DTC P0401 (EGR insufficient flow) or P1491 (EGR valve insufficient lift).

If you own the 1999-03 Odyssey you must bring to dealer to have them check because it is going to happen sooner or later.

I bought the kits include EGR valve, gaskets and EGR port tude for $115 plus tax and it took me 3 hours to finish include 1 hour to flush the intake manifold.

Attached the DIY pdf file for reference. Make sure you have skill of car repair.
