i dont think so but for entry system AMD is much better than Intel

not just for entry, but high end also... AMD is beating Intel in evey aspect right now. From performance to price point. :-)

If money is not your problem, AMD dual core is the best choice over Intel. But for mid-range user (not addictive gamers), P4 still better choice.

I don't want to list our punch of stuff.... But one thing for sure, AMD sempron is faster than Intell Celeron.... :p :p :p

For gamers - AMD period
For others, P4 is the better choice if money is not a matter ( well, they are basically almost the same now anyway ). Intel felt much smoother thanks to its HT technology.
