i bought the HID Xenon Lights - 8000K Deep Blue and all the plug in and everything but i don't know how to install into the car!!!

It needs to be H4 compatible. post the instruction here and we will try to help you out.

if its the same bulb size that it is need for the 4 runner than everything is be plug and play like u said. If it came with a relay, then u need to ground the black cable and run the red cable to the positive on ur battery. If not then just plug it directly into your oem socket. Only trick to this conversion is that you'll need to find a spot to mount the ballast. I'll post up some pictures that i when i installed my 6000k philips hid conversion on my gx470
