I have a '95 Camry that the temperature gauge increases after driving for a while on freeways. I've replaced new waterpump, thermostat, and fan switch. I even flushed the radiator even though it is new. But driving on local there is no problem. Please help!!!

The cooling system in your car is a passive cooling system, it has no pump.
Most likely b/c of low oil. Also check the engine RPM when driving on the high way, make sure it is normal.

let said all of your cooling system is working correctly and you still can't find what the problem is? This is something has happened to me before.
I used to have an honda civic - forgot about the year (late 80 or very early 90)
- old honda have have a gasket cracked between the cylinder block and the crank shaft (I think). The crack on gasket will make the heat in the combustion chamber inside the block to leak at high acceleration and result in over heat. If you have the same issue like I have than a solution would be a new car if the repair cost more than the value of the car.
Good Luck
